Let me encourage you today to pray over your children. Pray Psalm 91 and Isaiah 54 and ask the Lord to teach or disciple them. If you are having a baby or even thinking about, name the baby with a good name, look up the meanings, consult the Lord. Call that baby by that name and bless him or her. Listen to soothing contemporary Christian music, or classical.  there are even wonderful harp instrumentals, all peaceful and conducive to a good night’s sleep.

Sing the lullabies, babies raised and cared for by Christian parents are sensitive to angelic presence and the Holy Spirit.  Adopted children need their new parents to plead the blood of Jesus over them and renounce generational curses. Don’t let let devil have a legal way to attack the child later on with drug or alcohol or abuse problems. If you are the legal guardian, cut him off, pray in the spirit over that child prophesy good things. Jewish parents bless their children every Friday on the Sabbath.

While we are not under the law, but grace.  Jesus fulfilled it and gave us a new commandment to love one another, thereby we won’t break the others. He too is our Hight Priest and Advocate, the propitiation for sin, which actually refers to the mercy seat. His blood covers us and will our children or adopted ones as well.

How much more can our heavenly Father do, if we are or were evil and can give good gifts, can’t He give good gifts? And even better ones? He gives good gifts and never changes His mind or wants them back.

If you then, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him! Matthew 7:11
